The people of Honduras’ remote Agalta Valley face lives of poverty with few opportunities for education or advancement. Despite these obstacles, the region’s children are eager for the chance to learn – and the Honduras Agalta Valley Education (HAVE) Foundation was formed to give them that chance. As a secular 501c3 non-profit our sole responsibility is to help fund education efforts for the people of the Agalta Valley and to help their communities rise out of poverty – but we need your help.

It’s Official! The WIlderness Team’s 2011 trip was a great success. Twenty-nine travelers, whose ages included every decade from 16 to/and including the 70's, had a great week that put the rest of the year in perspective. March 24 - 31, 2012 are the dates for the next Wilderness Team Trip. The trip will continue our relationship with the people of the Agalta Valley who need our help. The agenda will be the same: to improve the school environment while having the adventure of a lifetime.
